木聚糖酶法提取温莪术挥发油关键因子研究

摘    要:目的 研究了木聚糖酶提取温莪术挥发油工艺条件.方法 对温莪术粒径、木聚糖酶用量、酶解时间进行正交实验设计.结果 以出油率为指标确定适宜的正交实验参数为:温莪术细粉100目、木聚糖酶用量50 IU·(g温莪术)-1、酶解时间90 min.结论 该工艺条件下温莪术挥发油提取得率为2.42%,与未添加木聚糖酶提取工艺相比,温莪术挥发油提取得率增加3.40倍.
