沮塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者血浆食欲素A水平的研究

目的探讨血浆食欲素A水平在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）患者中的变化及作用。方法纳入OSAHS伴肥胖者30例、单纯OSAHS者30例、健康肥胖者20例和正常对照者20例。对所有受试者进行多导睡眠仪监测，空腹采血测定血浆食欲素A的水平。结果OSAHS组食欲素A水平高于非OSAHS组（F=12．57，P〈0．01）；而肥胖组与非肥胖组食欲素A水平无统计学差异（F=0．90，P〉0．05）。OSAHS组食欲素A水平与微觉醒指数、呼吸暂停低通气指数、氧减指数、血氧饱和度小于90％睡眠时间占总睡眠时间比例均呈正相关（r=0．50、0．38、0．31、0．39，P均〈0．05）。结论OSAHS患者血浆食欲素A水平升高，与病情严重程度正相关，食欲素A可能参与OSAHS患者睡眠觉醒的调节过程。

Plasma orexin-A levels in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome

Objective To explore the changes and implications of plasma orexin-A levels in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods Polysomnography was performed in 30 obese OSAHS patients,30 OSAHS patients without obese,20 obese subjects and 20 normal healthy adults.The level of plasma orexin-A was measured with a radioimmunoassay kit.Results Plasma orexin-A levels were higher in patients with OSAHS compared with those without OSAHS(F=12.57,P<0.01).Plasma orexin-A levels correlated positively with the AHI,arousal index,SLT90%,ODI4(r=0.50、0.38、0.31、0.39,P<0.05).However,plasma orexin-A level did not relate to BMI.Conclusion The plasma orexin-A levels in OSAHS patients are increased which may be involved in arousal mechanisms in patients with OSAHS.
