P-选择素、CD44V6的表达与乳腺癌转移的关系研究

目的探讨P-选择素、CD44V6基因在乳腺癌转移扩散中的作用及相互关系。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测P-选择素、CD44V6在乳腺导管内癌(DCIS)25例,浸润性导管癌(IDC)68例及17例正常乳腺组织中的蛋白表达情况。结果 P-选择素、CD44V6在DCIS和IDC中的阳性和强阳性率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),CD44V6蛋白在IDC中的强阳性率明显高于DCIS(P<0.05),P-选择素、CD44V6蛋白在伴有淋巴结转移组与无淋巴结转移组之间、不同分化程度之间及不同临床分期0～Ⅰ期和Ⅱ～Ⅲ期之间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。P-选择素、CD44V6与肿瘤的大小及患病年龄状况均无关(P>0.05)。P-选择素与CD44V6蛋白表达之间呈正相关关系(χ2=15.942,r=0.414,P<0.01)。结论 P-选择素与CD44V6蛋白可能共同参与了乳腺癌的恶性转化及转移扩散过程。

The expressions of P-selectin,CD44V6 and their correlation with metastasis of breast cancer

Objective To investigate the effects of P-selectin,CD44V6 gene in metastasis of breast cancer （BC） and the correlation between them.Methods The expressions of P-selectin,CD44V6 were detected by immunohistochemistry in 25 cases of ductal carcinoma in situ（DCIS）,68 cases of infiltrating ductal carcinoma（IDC）and 17 cases of normal breast tissues.Results The positive rates and intensive positive rates of P-selectin,CD44V6 in IDC were significantly higher than those of DCIS （P〈0.05）.There were significant differences in the positive expression rates and intensive positive expression rates of P-selectin,CD44V6 among the three different tissues （P〈0.05）.There were significant differences in positive expression rates and intensive positive expression rates of P-selectin,CD44V6 between lymph node metastasis group and non-lymph node metastasis group,between different differentiation degrees of carcinoma and between clinical stage 0-Ⅰ and clinical stage Ⅱ-Ⅲ （P0.05）.However the positive expression rates of P-selectin and CD44V6 were not correlated with patients’ age and tumor’s size （P〉0.05）.The expression of P-selectin was positively related with that of CD44V6 （r=0.414,P〈0.01）.Conclusion P-selectin and CD44V6 may concomitantly participate in the process of malignant transformation and metastasis diffusion of breast cancer.
