基于电子病案的随诊模式的重建

目的重建基于电子病案的随诊模式。方法针对当前随诊工作存在的问题进行现状分析,对比传统随诊模式,重建现代随诊工作模式。结果在电子病案的基础上建立统一的随诊管理平台,随诊工作以主管医师为主体,创新随诊方式,实行按病种和重点人群跟踪随诊,通过一体化管理和应用构建新的随诊模式。结论重建随诊模式,从而更有效地开展随诊工作。

Reconstruction of Follow-up Model Based on Electronic Medical Record

Objectives This paper reconstructs follow-up mode based on EMR. Methods It analyzes existing problems of current follow-up work,reconstructing modern follow-up work mad compared to traditional follow-up mode.Results At the basis of EMR,it builds unify follow-up management platform,which as the subject of residents.It reforms follow-up mode and implements follow-up tracing according to disease categories and key peoples through integral management and application to build a new follow-up mode.Conclusion Follow-up mode reconstruction can more effectively develop follow-up work.
