类风湿关节炎患者疾病活动和缓解分析

目的观察类风湿关节炎患者的疾病活动指数,分析治疗2年后患者缓解率及相关因素。方法调查100例类风湿关节炎患者,比较治疗前后关节压痛数、肿胀数、血沉、患者的总体评估(VAS),分析2年后的缓解率及相关因素。结果 2年后随访率为46%,失访率为54%,缓解率为42%,未缓解率为58%;治疗2年后关节的肿胀数、压痛数、血沉及VAS均明显下降;缓解者DAS28与病程、年龄、晨僵时间的相关性分析显示之间并无相关性。结论通过分析类风湿关节炎患者的疾病活动指数,了解疾病的活动程度,定期给予患者疾病评估,指导治疗;同时增强患者的教育意识,提高随访率。

Analyse disease activity and remission of patient with rheumatoid arthritis

Objective Observed in patients with rheumatoid arthritis disease activity index,analyse the response rate and related factors after 2 years of treatment.Methods 100 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were survey,compare the SJC,TJC,ESR and VAS before and after treatment,and analyse the response rate and related factors after 2 years of treatment.Results Two years later,follow-up rate 46%,lost to rate 54%,remission rate 42%,not remission rate 58%.After 2 years of treatment the SJC,TJC,ESR and VAS were significantly decreased.There is no correlation between DAS28 and disease duration,age,duration of morning stiffness.Conclusion Through the analysis of patients with rheumatoid arthritis disease activity index,understand the extent of disease activity,and periodic assessment of patients with the disease and guide treatment;while enhancing patient education awareness,improve follow-up rate.
