温阳通络针灸法联合推拿治疗小儿脑瘫疗效观察

目的:观察温阳通络针灸法联合推拿治疗小儿脑瘫的疗效。方法:选取100例痉挛型小儿脑瘫患者按照随机数字表法均分为对照组和观察组。对照组进行推拿治疗，观察组采用温阳通络针灸法联合推拿治疗。比较两组临床疗效以及患儿智力[以发育商(DQ)评估]、运动功能发育情况(以GMFM-88和FMFM量表评估),比较两组患儿氧化应激指标[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、半胱氨酸天冬氡酸蛋白酶3(Caspase-3)]。结果:治疗后，观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后，两组患儿DQ评分、GMFM-88和FMFM量表评分均升高，且观察组得分较高(P<0.05)。治疗后，两组患儿血清SOD水平均升高，血清MDA、Caspase-3水平均下降，且观察组血清SOD水平较高，血清MDA、Caspase-3水平较低(P<0.05)。两组患儿不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:温阳通络针灸法联合推拿能够显著改善小儿脑瘫的智力及运动功能发育，提高临床治疗效果，其作用机制可能与改善患儿氧化应激损伤有关。

Curative effect of Wenyang Tongluo acupuncture combined with massage on children with cerebral palsy

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Wenyang Tongluo acupuncture combined with massage on children with cerebral palsy.Methods:According to random number table method,100 children with spastic cerebral palsy were divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with massage,while observation group was additionally treated with Wenyang Tongluo acupuncture.The clinical curative effect,intelligence development [development quotient(DQ)],motor function development(GMFM-88,FMFM)and oxidative stress indexes [superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),cysteine proteinase 3(Caspase-3)] were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,total response rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the above scores were increased in both groups,which were higher in observation group than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,level of serum SOD was increased,while levels of serum MDA and Caspase-3 were decreased in both groups.The level of serum SOD was higher in observation group than control group,while levels of serum MDA and Caspase-3 were lower in observation group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was similar to that in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Wenyang Tongluo acupuncture combined with massage can significantly improve the development of intelligence and motor function in children with cerebral palsy,and improve clinical curative effect.The mechanism may be related to improving oxidative stress injury.
