| 摘 要： | 肠道微生物群与女性生殖、内分泌健康密切相关。宿主性激素水平可影响肠道微生物群的构成。多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是一种以性激素水平异常为主要病理特征的疾病，且存在代际效应，影响育龄期女性及其后代的健康。近年来，肠道微生物群对PCOS代际效应的影响受到广泛关注。基于此，本文就PCOS患者肠道微生物群结构变化及在代际效应中的作用机制进行综述。

| Abstract: | Intestinal microbiota is closely related to female reproductive and endocrine health.Host sex hormones levels can affect the composition of intestinal microbiota.Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a disease characterized by abnormal sex hormone levels,which has intergenerational effects and affects the health of women in childbearing period and their offspring.In recent years,the influence of intestinal microbiota on the intergenerational effects of PCOS has received extensive attention.Based on this,this paper reviews the changes of intestinal microbiota structure in patients with PCOS and its mechanism in intergenerational effects. |
