卵巢早衰的中医研究进展

卵巢早衰是女性生殖内分泌疾病中常见的疑难病症。目前卵巢早衰病因尚不明确,西医对本病治疗效果不佳。中医认为本病与脏腑阴阳与气血阴阳失和有关,其本在肾,虚者多脾肾两虚,实者多肝郁血瘀,久则耗气伤血,阴阳俱损。通过中药、针灸、情志等多种疗法调节脏腑阴阳与气血阴阳,以期实现全身阴阳动态平衡,从而调控生殖轴,改善临床症状,逆转本病发展方向,与西医相比,具有个体化及整体化优势。现通过对近年来相关文献的查阅分析,就当前中医对卵巢早衰病因病机及相关治疗研究状况作综述如下。

Research progress of Chinese medicine in premature ovarian failure

Premature ovarian failure is a common difficult disease in female reproductive endocrine diseases.At present,the etiology of premature ovarian failure is not clear,and the treatment effect of western medicine is poor.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that this disease is related to the Yinyang of Zangfu,the disharmony of Yinyang and Qixue.It is rooted in the kidney.Deficiency of spleen and kidney is more common,and excess of liver qi and blood stasis is more common.Long term consumption of qi damages blood and both Yinyang are damaged.Through various therapies such as traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture,emotion and so on,we can regulate the Yinyang of Zangfu,the Yinyang of Qixue in order to achieve the dynamic balance of Yinyang in the whole body,so as to regulate the reproductive axis,improve clinical symptoms,and reverse the development direction of this disease.Compared with western medicine,it has the advantages of individualization and integration.Based on the review and analysis of relevant literature in recent years,this article summarizes the current TCM research on the etiology and pathogenesis of premature ovarian failure and related treatment.
