柴胡的化学成分及药理作用研究进展

摘    要:柴胡临床应用广泛,化学成分复杂,其中皂苷类、黄酮类、挥发油类、多糖类、香豆素类为主要活性成分,具有抗癌、抗抑郁、抗炎、抗氧化、保护心脏、保护肝脏、保护肾脏、镇痛、抗纤维化、抗病毒等作用。本文对柴胡化学成分及药理作用研究进展进行综述,以期为柴胡的临床合理应用及资源开发奠定基础。

Abstract:Bupleurum has a wide range of clinical applications,and its chemical constituents is complex,the saponins,flavonoids,volatile oils,polysa-ccharides and coumarins are the main active components of Bupleurum.It has the effects of anti-cancer,anti-depression,anti-inflammation,anti-oxidation,protecting heart,protecting liver,protecting kidney,analgesia,anti-fibrosis,anti-virus,and so on.In this paper,the research progress in the chemical components and pharmacological effects of Bupleurum was reviewed in order to lay a foundation for the rational clinical application and resource development of Bupleurum.
