基于络病理论探讨干燥综合征的病机与治疗

干燥综合征是风湿病科的常见病和多发病，属中医之“燥痹”范畴，中医学对干燥综合征的治疗效果较好。络病理论是中医理论体系重要的组成部分，在临床各科疾病应用广泛。现以络病理论为指导探讨干燥综合征的诊疗思路，认为其病机分虚实两端，虚为气阴两虚、络脉不荣，实为燥瘀痰毒阻络、络失输布，治疗干燥综合征应以通为要，包括辛润通络、补虚通络、祛瘀通络、解毒通络法，以期为临床治疗干燥综合征提供新的思路。

Discussion on pathogenesis and treatment of sjogren's syndrome based on collateral disease theory

Sjogren's syndrome is a common and frequently-occurring disease in the department of rheumatology.The therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine on sjogren's syndrome is positive.Collateral disease theory is an important part of the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine,which is widely used in clinical diseases.This paper discussed the diagnosis and treatment of sjogren's syndrome under the guidance of collateral disease theory.The pathogenesis of sjogren's syndrome is divided into deficiency and excess.Deficiency mainly manifests in the insufficient of both qi and yin,and collaterals are inprosperity.Excess mainly manifests in the dry stasis,phlegm and toxin blocking collaterals,and collaterals transport body fluid disorderly.The treatment of sjogren's syndrome should be based on dredging,the method including Xinrun Tongluo,Buxu Tongluo,Quyu Tangluo,Jiedu Tongluo.We hope it will provide new ideas for clinical treatment of sjogren's syndrome.
