五位一体模式对手术室医疗设备管理质量的改进探讨

目的:探究五位一体模式对手术室医疗设备管理质量的改进效果。方法:选取本院手术室医疗设备150件作为研究对象,于2018年7月实施“五位一体模式”管理干预为甲组,选取2018年1月~6月采用常规管理干预为乙组。观察管理效果,包括每周仪器设备不良事件发生次数、每周故障次数、每周维修次数、每周设备隐患排查次数、每周使用次数及临床管理质量评分。结果:甲组每周仪器设备不良事件发生次数、每周故障次数、每周维修次数均低于乙组,每周设备隐患排查次数、每周使用次数均高于乙组,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲组临床管理质量评分(92.06±1.18)分,高于乙组的(71.69±1.51)分,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:五位一体模式对手术室医疗设备管理质量的改进有显著效果,可减少不良事件发生,并提高管理质量水平。

Discussion on the Improvement of Medical Equipment Management Quality in Operating Room by Five-inone Mode

Objective:To explore the effect of five-in-one mode on the management quality of medical equipment in operating room.Methods:150 pieces of medical equipment in operating room of our hospital were selected as the research object,and the"five-in-one mode"management intervention was implemented as group A in July 2018,and the routine management intervention was used as group B in January-June 2018.Observe the management effect,including the number of adverse events of instrument and equipment per week,the number of failures per week,the number of maintenance per week,the number of hidden trouble checking of equipment per week,the number of times of use per week and the quality score of clinical management.Results:The number of adverse events and the number of failures per week in Group A number,the number of maintenance times per week were lower than group B,and the number of hidden trouble of equipment per week,the number of times of use per week were higher than group B,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical management quality score(92.06±1.18)in group A was higher than that in group B(71.69±1.51),which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The five-in-one mode has remarkable effect on the improvement of medical equipment management quality in operating room,which can reduce the occurrence of adverse events and improve the management quality level,and has high clinical popularization value.
