基于达标理论的干预方案对多发性骨髓瘤患者出院准备度的影响

目的：探讨基于达标理论的干预方案对多发性骨髓瘤患者出院准备度的影响。方法：方便抽样选取92例多发性骨髓瘤患者为研究对象，根据随机数字表分为对照组47例、观察组45例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施基于达标理论的干预方案，比较两组患者出院准备度、生活自理能力、出院指导质量情况。结果：观察组患者在出院当天的出院准备度总得分及各维度得分均高于对照组（P<0.01）。干预后，观察组患者的出院指导质量得分均高于对照组（P<0.01）；两组患者随着时间的推移，生活自理能力均有不同程度的提高，但观察组上升趋势更明显（F=3.706,P<0.05）。结论：基于达标理论的干预方案，有助于提高多发性骨髓瘤患者出院准备度和生活自理能力，可为临床护士开展出院指导工作提供借鉴。

The effect of intervention programs based on the theory of goal attainment on the discharge readiness of patients with multiple myeloma

Objective: To explore the effect of intervention programs based on the theory of goal attainment on the dischargereadiness of patients with multiple myeloma. Methods: 92 patients with multiple myeloma were included by convenientsampling and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random digital tables. The controlgroup (47 cases) adopted routine nursing care, and the observation group (45 cases) received an intervention program basedon the theory of goal attainment. The discharge readiness, self-care ability, and discharge guidance quality were comparedbetween two groups. Results: The total score and the scores of each dimension of discharge readiness on the day ofdischarge in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.01). After the intervention, the score of dischargeguidance quality in the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.01), and there was an interactive effect in theself-care ability score (F=3.706, P<0.05). Conclusion: The intervention program based on the theory of compliance couldimprove the preparation and self-care ability of patients with multiple myeloma, and be used to provide reference for clinicalnurses in the future.
