润眼明目方熏蒸联合睑板腺按摩治疗干眼症临床研究

目的:探究润眼明目方熏蒸联合睑板腺按摩治疗对干眼症患者睑板腺功能的影响。方法:124例(248眼)干眼症患者采用单双球法随机分为对照组和观察组，各62例(124眼)。对照组给予睑板腺按摩，观察组在对照组的基础上给予润眼明目方熏蒸治疗。比较治疗前和治疗4周后两组患者中医证候积分、角膜稳定性、睑板腺功能评分、视功能损害眼病患者生活质量量表(SQOL DVI),记录治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗4周后，观察组中医证候积分、角膜荧光染色评分(FL)、睑板腺功能评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液基础分泌测试(SⅠT)及SQOL DVI评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:润眼明目方熏蒸联合睑板腺按摩可以改善干眼症患者中医证候积分及角膜稳定性，改善患者睑板腺功能，提高生活质量，减少不良反应发生。

Clinical study on Runyan Mingmu decoction fumigation combined with meibomian gland massage for xerophthalmia

Objective:To explore effects of fumigation with Runyan Mingmu decoction combined with meibomian gland massage on meibomian gland function in patients with xerophthalmia.Methods:124 patients(248 eyes)with xerophthalmia were randomly divided into control group and observation group by the single-double ball method,with 62 cases(124 eyes)in each group.The control group were given meibomian gland massage while the observation group were given Runyan Mingmu decoction fumigation on the basis of the control group.The scores of TCM syndromes,corneal stability,meibomian gland function scores and scale of quality of life for diseases with visual impairment(SQOL DVI)were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment.The occurrence of adverse reactions were recorded during treatment.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms,corneal fluorescence staining score(FL)and scores of aspects of meibomian gland function in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).The breakup time of tear film(BUT),schirmer Ⅰ test(SⅠT)and scores of dimensions of SQOL DVI were longer or higher than those in the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).There were no significant differences in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Runyan Mingmu decoction fumigation combined with meibomian gland massage can improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndromes scores,corneal stability and meibomian gland function,enhance quality of life,reduce occurrence of adverse reactions in patients with xerophthalmia.
