剖宫产术后微波仪治疗对手术切口愈合的影响

目的:分析剖宫产术后微波仪治疗对手术切口愈合的影响。方法:本次研究选取本院于2018年6月~2019年4月收治的100例剖宫产孕妇,按照入院顺序依次编入观察组与对照组,每组孕妇的数量均为50例。两组中,对照组给予常规换药处理,并使用抗生素治疗;观察组在对照组的基础上给予微波仪照射治疗,对两组孕妇的手术切口愈合情况进行对比、分析。结果:两组孕妇接受治疗后,愈合率有明显差别,观察组愈合率详细数据为甲级96%,乙级4%;对照组愈合率详细数据为甲级84%,乙级10%,丙级愈合率为6%,对比发现,观察组手术切口的愈合情况要明显优于对照组,两组组间比较差异显著(P<0.05),存在统计学意义。结论:剖宫产术后微波仪治疗能对手术切口愈合产生非常积极的影响,加快切口愈合,缩短治疗时间,减少患者痛苦,且不会产生临床不良反应,患者接受程度非常高。

Effect of Microwave Instrument Treatment on the Healing of Surgical Incision After Cesarean Section

Objective:To analyze the effect of microwave instrument treatment on the healing of surgical incision after cesarean section.Methods:In this study,100 pregnant women who were treated by cesarean section from June 2018 to April 2019 in this hospital were selected into the observation group and the control group according to the order of admission.The number of pregnant women in each group was 50.In the two groups,the control group was given routine dressing treatment and antibiotic treatment;the observation group was given microwave instrument irradiation treatment on the basis of the control group to compare and analyze the surgical incision healing of the two groups of pregnant women.Results:After the two groups of pregnant women received treatment,the healing rate was significantly different.The detailed data of the healing rate of the observation group was 96%of grade A and 4%of grade B;the detailed data of the healing rate of the control group was 84%of grade A,10%of grade B,and C.The grade healing rate was 6%.The comparison found that the healing of the surgical incision in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion:Microwave instrument treatment after cesarean section can have a very positive effect on surgical incision healing,speed up incision healing,shorten treatment time,reduce patient pain,and will not produce clinical adverse reactions,to further promote the application.
