补肾健脾方改善帕金森病患者非运动症状和血清细胞因子水平临床研究

目的:研究补肾健脾方治疗帕金森病患者疗效及对非运动症状和血清细胞因子水平的影响。方法:将82例帕金森病患者随机分为多巴丝肼组和治疗组，每组41例。多巴丝肼组采用多巴丝肼进行治疗，治疗组在多巴丝肼组的基础上采用补肾健脾方进行治疗。观察两组血清细胞因子水平、非运动症状评价量表指标、症状、抑郁情况、睡眠质量及生活质量。比较两组疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后，治疗组总有效率高于多巴丝肼组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较，两组治疗后血清白介素-6(IL-6)、可溶性白介素-2受体(sIL-2R)、胱抑素C(CysC)水平及非运动症状评价量表各项评分、帕金森病综合评分量表(UPDRS)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、39项帕金森病生活质量量表(PDQ-39)评分降低，治疗组以上指标均低于多巴丝肼组(P<0.05);治疗后两组血清脂联素(APN)水平及帕金森病睡眠量表(PDSS)评分升高，治疗组高于多巴丝肼组(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间总不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补肾健脾方可改善帕金森病患者非运动症状、睡眠质量、生活质量，降低机体炎症反应...

Clinical study of Bushen Jianpi decoction to improve non-motor symptoms and serum cytokine levels in patients with parkinson's disease

Objective:To study the effect of Bushen Jianpi decoction on non-motor symptoms and serum cytokine levels in patients with parkinson's disease.Methods:A total of 82 patients with parkinson's disease were randomly divided into levodopa group and treatment group,41 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with levodopa combined with Bushen Jianpi decoction,while the levodopa group was treated with levodopa.Serum cytokine levels,non-motor symptom assessment scale,symptoms,depression,sleep quality and quality of life of the two groups were observed,and the efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the levodopa group(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6),soluble interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R),CystatinC(CysC),scores of cardiovascular,sleep/fatigue,mood/cognition,perception disorders,attention/memory,gastrointestinal symptoms,urinary symptoms,parkinson's disease comprehensive score scale(UPDRS),hamilton depression scale(HAMD),parkinson's disease quality of life scale 39(PDQ-39)in the two groups decreased compared with before treatment,and the above indexex in treatment group were lower than the levodopa group(P<0.05).The level of serum adiponectin(APN),score of parkinson's disease sleep scale(PDSS)in the two groups increased,and the above indexex in treatment group were higher than the levodopa group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of total adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Jianpi decoction can improve non-motor symptoms,sleep quality and quality of life,reduce inflammatory response of patients with parkinson's disease,with good safety and efficacy.
