超声引导下静脉留置针穿刺技术应用于ICU患者静脉治疗价值研究

目的:对ICU患者实施经超声引导的静脉留置针穿刺术治疗后的价值进行探究。方法:选取本院2018年1月~2019年1月进行诊疗的ICU患者100例为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组50例与对照组50例,针对对照组行传统穿刺术进行治疗,针对观察组行经超声引导的静脉留置针穿刺术进行治疗,对比两组一次性穿刺成功的概率、留针时间以及出现并发症的概率。结果:观察组一次性穿刺成功率为96%,对照组一次性穿刺成功率为60%。观察组行穿刺时间及出现并发症的概率明显低于对照组。结论:对病情严重的ICU患者行经超声引导的静脉留置针穿刺术一次性穿刺成功率较高,行穿刺术时间及出现并发症的概率低,此种方法应被广泛应用于ICU病人的临床诊疗。

Study on the Value of Ultrasound-Guided Indwelling Needle Puncture Technique in ICU Patients with Intravenous Therapy

Objective:To explore the value of ultrasound-guided venous indwelling needle puncture in patients with ICU.Methods:100 patients with ICU who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into 50 cases in the observation group and 50 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with traditional puncture.The observation group was treated with ultrasound-guided venous indwelling needle puncture.The probability of successful one-time puncture,the time of needle retention and the probability of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group had a one-time puncture success rate of 96%,and the control group had a one-time puncture success rate of 60%.The puncture time and the probability of complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided venous indwelling needle puncture has a high success rate in one-time puncture for severely ill ICU patients,and the puncture time and the probability of complications are low.This method should be widely used in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of ICU patients..
