| 摘 要： | 子宫内膜异位症(EMT)是导致不孕的相关因素之一，其发病机制复杂，临床对于本病的治疗一直是妇科热点问题。在EMT致不孕的治疗中，中医药充分发挥了整体观念和辨证论治的优势，将中医的病因病机理论和西医病因病理相结合，通过采用内治法、外治法和中医药联合西医等方法对本病进行治疗，效果显著。现将对中医药治疗子宫内膜异位症致不孕的疗法进行探析。

| Abstract: | Endometriosis(EMT)is one of the related factors leading to infertility,its pathogenesis is complex,and the clinical treatment of this disease has always been a hot issue in gynecology.In the treatment of EMT-induced infertility,Chinese medicine gives full play to the advantages of holistic concept and dialectical treatment,combined with the etiology mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine and the cause of western medicine,and treats the disease through internal treatment,external treatment,staging treatment,type treatment,etiology treatment,etc.,with remarkable results.In this article,we will analyze the therapy of traditional Chinese medicine for the etiology and mechanism of infertility caused by endometriosis. |
