关节镜下治疗盘状半月板的临床疗效分析

目的探讨关节镜下治疗盘状半月板的临床疗效。方法收集在我院诊断为盘状半月板的住院患者共52例,全部行关节镜下手术治疗。结果本组中52例患者均获得随访,随访时间为3～18个月。52例患者术后均采用Lysholm膝关节功能评分表进行随访,其中优30例,良10例,可10例,差2例,术后优良率为96．2％。结论关节镜盘状半月板手术具有创伤小,术后恢复快等优点,值得临床应用推广。

The clinical efficacy analysis of discoid meniscus treated by the arthroscopic treatment

Objective To evaluate the arthroscopic treatment of discoid meniscus of the clinical efficacy. Methods In our hospital diagnosed as discoid meniscus of the inpatients were 52 cases, all OK arthroscopic surgery. Results 52 patients in this group were followed up for 3～ 18 months follow-up time. 52 cases of postoperative knee function scores were used lysholm follow-up of tables, of which 30 cases of excellent, good in 10 cases, 10 cases and poor in 2 cases, after the fine rate was 96. 2%. Conclusion Arthroscopic discoid meniscus surgery with less trauma and rapid postoperative recovery, etc, should be the clinical application and popularization.
