| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃癌组织中生存素的表达及其与胃癌分化程度的关系。方法采用免疫组化法检测48例胃癌组织及26例胃良性组织中生存素的表达。结果48例胃癌组织中43例（89.6%）有生存素表达,在高、中、低分化癌组织中生存素表达率分别为66.7%（2/3）、80.0%（16/20）和100%（25/25）,高、中分化癌组织与低分化癌组织比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;胃良性组织中均无生存素表达。生存素在两种组织中的表达率差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论生存素在胃癌组织中表达率高,且与胃癌分化程度有关,提示生存素在胃癌发生发展中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the role of survivin in apoptosis of gastric adenocarcinoma, as well as its correlation with the clinicopathologic features and the prognosis. Methods Immunohis- tochemistry was used to analyze the expression of survivin in 48 patients with gastric cancer speciment and 26 speciment of normal gastric tissues.
