| 摘 要： | 目的为更好的在临床开展脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]的检测,观察不同试剂检测Lp(a)的差异.方法选用三种Lp(a)市售试剂,使用厂商各自提供的配套校准液校准分析仪器并用相应的定值质控血清进行校准验证后,再分别检测30例患者新鲜血清中Lp(a)的浓度.结果三种试剂检测得到的患者血清Lp(a)具有较显著性差异(P<0.01),但存在明显的相关性和线性,r>0.95,P<0.01.说明由于Lp(a)的颗粒大小不一,在采用免疫学方法检测时,若选用不同厂商提供的试剂,就可能导致检测结果无可比性.结论临床实验室在建立Lp(a)检测方法时,必须建立自己的参考值.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the changes of Lp(a) in serum with three methods.Methods Using three regents to analyze 30 cases Lp(a) in serum.Results The level of 30 cases Lp(a) in serum is different with three methods,P < 0.01,but the Lp(a) level of 30 cases in serum is related,r > 0.95 and P < 0.01.The samples offered by different producers could result in incomparable results.Conclusion Reference range of Lp(a) in serum is necessary to establish methods in clinical laboratory. |
