59例胎盘早剥临床分析

目的探讨胎盘早剥的相关因素、早期诊断和处理方法。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2009年6月59例胎盘早剥临床资料,记录病因、临床表现、诊断依据、分娩方式、新生儿Apgar评分等。结果 59例胎盘早剥中妊娠期高血压和胎膜早破为主要诱发因素,其中妊高征19例,占32.20%,胎膜早破9例,占15.25%;发生凝血功能异常9例,占15.25;围生儿死亡15例,占24.59%。结论胎盘早剥对母儿的危害极大,加强孕期健康教育、重视发病诱因和高危妊娠的管理,做到早诊断和早处理,可有效降低母婴病死率、改善预后。

Clinical Analysis of 59 Cases of Placental Abruption

Objective To explore the the correlation factors on placental abruption through the clinical analysis,early diagnosis and treatment of atypical placental abruption.Methods Retrospective analysis the clinical data of 59 cases diagnosed as abruptio placentae（AP） from January 2008 to June 2009 in our hospital.In the meantime,etiology,clinical manifestation,diagnosis,means of delivery and newborn scores were recorded.Results In 59 patients of placental abruption,pregnant-induced hypertension and premature rupture of membranes are major etiologic factor.Of all different influencing factors,pregnant-induced hypertension was 19,32.20%.Premature rupture of membranes was 9,15.25 %.Was 9,15.25 %.The incidence rate of perinatal death was 21,55.26%.Conclusion Placental abruption does great damge to mother and fetus.Enhance health education in pregnacy and emphsize etiology and pregnancy.It is critical of early diagnosis and treatment of atypical placental abruption to reduce mortal of mother and fetus significantly as well as develop prognosis.
