| 摘 要： | 目的比较不同证型脑梗死患者亚急性期的睡眠质量。方法将符合研究标准的急性期脑梗死病例辨证分为痰热组和非痰热组，经常规西药治疗4周后，采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评价患者的睡眠状况。结果痰热组患者主观睡眠质量、睡眠持续性、习惯性睡眠效率及睡眠质量总分分值明显高于非痰热组（P〈0．05）。结论不同证型脑梗死患者亚急性期睡眠质量在内容上存在差异，可能与痰热证的证候特点密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the sleep quality of cerebral infarction patients with different types in sub-acute phase. Method The patients with cerebral infarction targeted to the inclusion criteria were divided into the phlegm-heat group and non-phlegm-heat group according to the syndrome differentiation of TCM.
