高血压对急性心肌梗死患者心室功能的影响

目的评价高血压对急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者心功能的影响。方法AMI患者126例（其中男100例，女26例），根据有无高血压病史分为高血压病组（54例）和非高血压病组（72例）。所有患者AMI发病后2～7d应用平衡法核素心血池显像判定左心室功能及心室收缩同步性。结果伴有高血压病的AMI患者心脏舒张功能显著受损，同时其心室收缩同步性显著减低（P〈0．01），室壁瘤发生率显著增高（P〈0．05）。结论高血压不仅加重急性心肌梗死患者心室的舒张功能障碍，并且使心室收缩同步性显著减低。

The influernce of hypertension to patients'left ventricular function with acute myocardial infarction

Objective To investigate the influemce of hypertension on the left ventricular function of patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods The study was performed in 126 patients （100 men, 26 women） who suffered from primary acute myocardial infarction. According to hypertension history, these patients were divided into hypertension group（ n = 54 ）and non-hypertension group（ n = 72）. All the patients underwent equilibrium radionuclide angiography（ERNA） between 2 and 7 days after the onset of AMI to evaluate the left heart function and ventricular systolic synchrony（VSS）. Results The injury of diastolic heart function of patients with hypertension was found, as compared with that of patients without hypertension （ P 〈 0.05 ）. LVEDP of patients with hypertension was higher than that of patients without hypertension（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The patients with hypertension had worse VSS, as compared with that of patients without hypertension and PSD, the decrease of PS and FWHM of hypertension patients were found, as compared with non- hypertension patients （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Hypertension can aggravate the left ventricular diastolic function in patients with acute myocardial infarction, furthermore,which can also induce VSS.
