摘    要:元认知是培养自主学习能力的关键因素。这次调查显示,临床医学本科生的元认知意识和能力非常缺乏,严重影响自主学习能力的构建。如何以医学专业课程为依托,进行元认知教育,以推进学生自主学习能力的构建,为学生的终身学习奠定基础是急需解决的问题。

Abstract:Meta-cognition is the key factor in the cultivation of independent learning capacity. It is showed in this investigation that the undergraduates of clinical medicine lack badly the meta-cognitive consciousness and capability, which result in the serious negative effects on the construction of the independent learning capacity. In order to promote the construction of the students' independent learning capacity and provide solid basis for the students' lifetime learning, it is very necessary for the medical educators to study how to develop the education of meta-cognition on the base of the medical education.
