饮用水源及自来水有机提取物的类雌激素活性分析

摘    要:目的了解某市饮用水源及自来水中类雌激素污染物的活性现状。方法在饮用水源上、中、下游监测断面,分别于枯水期(1月份)和丰水期(7月份)对饮用水源进行采样,同时采集城区自来水样。运用装有XAD-2树脂玻璃柱对水样中的有机物进行抽提,并以DMSO定容;实验室运用人类乳腺癌细胞(MCF-7)增殖实验法检测样本的类雌激素活性水平。结果在枯水期和丰水期,饮用水源均发现了不同程度的类雌激素活性;枯水期雌激素活性超过丰水期。结论饮用水源已经受到了比较明显的有机污染物的污染,并具雌激素活性;改良饮用水源周边环境,控制水源周边环境工业废水、生活污水及农业污水的排放,迫在眉睫。

Abstract:Objective To understand the activity of estrogen in organic extracts from source water and tap water in a urban area. Methods The source water was sampled separately at 3 sites located at upper, inner and down source water and during low water and high flow period, at the same time, the tap water was also sampled. Organic extracts were obtained with amberlite XAD - 2 and dissolved in DMSO. The level of activity of estrogenic extracts was determined by cell proliferation test of MCF - 7 in viuro. Results defferent levels of activity of estrogen extracted from source water were observed in different seasons and it was higher in low water season than at high flow period. Conclusion The source water in this city was polluted with organic pollutants with varied avtivity of estrogen. The measures of improvement of the environment of source water and control of the discharge of industrial, living and agricuhural sewage are urgently indicated.
