| 肾病综合征中T细胞亚群检测的临床意义 |

| 摘 要： | 本研究中，48例肾病综合征（NS）病人，为一种免疫介导性肾病（I），包括13例狼疮性肾病（LN）和35例原发性肾病综合征（PNS），同时研究了15例非免疫介导性肾病（NIN）病人，流动细胞计数（FC）用来检测这些病人的T淋巴细胞亚群CD3，CD4，CD8，Tc和Ts。结果表明，IN组CD4低于正常对照组，而CDS显著升高，TS和CD8明显增加，特别在LN组约84.62％的病人显示CD4／CD8比率低。在LN组低CD4／CD8比率和低杯体已同样显著。可被作为免疫活力的指标，并有益于PNS鉴别诊断和估计对糖皮质激素的反应。

| Abstract: | In our research, 48 patients with nephrotic syndrome (NS), one of immunomediated nephropathy (IN ), including 13 cases of lupus nephropathy (LN ) and 35 cases of primary nephrotic syndrome (PNS ), together with 15 patients of non - immunomediate nephropathy (NIN ), were studied, flow cytometry (FCM) was used t0 mcasure T - lymphocyte subsets CD3, CD4, CD8, Tc and Ts of these patients. The results indicated that CD4in IN group was lower than that of normal control,while CD8 was significantly higher, Ts significantly increased in C D8, paticularly in L Ngroup, about 84. 62% of patients showed low CD4/CD8 ratio. Low CD4/CD8 ratio and low complement C3 had the same significance in LN patients. It may be serve as the index for immuno- activity. It may be beneficaial to differential diagnosis from PNS, and estimate the response to glucost eroids. |
