摘    要:目的:测定红薯中重金属污染物的含量。方法:使用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定其重金属元素的含量。结果:2-I2-8中的镉含量最高,达0.1499mg/kg,万紫56中的Pb含量最高,达4.510mg/kg,4种红薯铅含量全部超过国家《粮食卫生标准》。为食品安全、红薯品种的选育和环境污染的控制提供了新的参考依据。

Abstract:Objective:To determine the content of Cd、Pb in sweet potato individually. Methods: Flame atomic absorption spectrometry was used. Results: The results show that the content of Cd of the 2-I2-8 was 0.1499 mg/kg,it was higher than others, the content of Pb of the Wanzi56 was 4.510 mg/kg , it was higher than others. New evidence was provided for food safety and breeding of sweet potato and control of environment pollution in this study.
