血清甘油三酯检测结果的影响因素分析

目的通过不同检测系统对同一样本甘油三酯（TG）含量的测定，研究影响检测结果的因素，为临床准确检测甘油三酯提供实验依据。方法在全国范围内选取815家医院，对全部天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶的测定值剔除离群值后得出的均值为甘油三酯含量的靶值，计算出各个检测系统检测甘油三酯结果的偏倚，剔除样本量较小（〈25）的检测系统，然后用SPSS13．0软件对不同的检测系统的偏倚（检测方法、检测仪器、试剂、校准物）进行方差分析，检验差异是否具有统计学意义，确定对甘油三酯检测结果的影响因素。结果不同检测方法检测同一标本得到的结果其差异无统计学意义（F=1．248，P〉0．05）；不同检测仪器、不同的试剂和不同校准物检测同样的标本得到的结果其差异均有统计学意义（F=12．301，P〈0．01；F=4．555，P〈0．01；F=2．357，P〈0．05）。结论：血清甘油三酯测定主要与仪器、试剂、校准物有关。

Analysis on Influential Factors of Examination Result of Serum Triglyceride

Objective To explore the influential factors of examination results through detecting the content of serum TG of the same sample in different examining condition,and to provide the experiment basis of determining serum TG precisely for the clinical laboratories.Methods A total of 815 hospitals were selected in the whole country to determine the content of serum TG of the same blood sample.The bias of examination results from various examining departments was worked out.Analysis of variance was used to detect the influential factors of examination results of trilyceride by analyzing the result bias among examining method,instrument,reagent and calibrator through SPSS13.0.Results A significantly difference among different detection instrument,different reagent and different calibrator could be seen in the study(F=12.301,P<0.01;F=4.555,P<0.01;F=2.357,P<0.05).There showed no difference among the detection results of the same sample detected by different determining methods(F=1.248,P>0.05).Conclusions The examination results of serum TG are mainly related to instrument,reagent and calibrator.
