796例恶性肿瘤病人死亡状况分析

本文运用统计学原理和方法,整理分析了我院1974～1989年16年间住院病人中恶性肿瘤病人死亡的资料,为海南省肿瘤防治提供信息。结论是:(1)因患恶性肿瘤而死亡人数最多,每死亡2.7个病人中就有一人是死于恶性肿瘤。其中又以肝癌最多,收治和病死人数都是第一位。(2)男女之比为2.7:1,以40～49岁年龄组病死人数最多。(3)从动态分析病死率,有逐年下降的趋势。提出要加强肿瘤专科建设,提高诊治水平,为早期发现和治疗病人创造条件。

AN ANALYSIS OF DEATH CONDITION OF 796 CASES WITH MALIGNANT TUMORS

With statistical principle and method, this paper reviews and analyzes the death condition of 796 inpatients with malignant tumors between 1974 and 1989. Perhaps it may provide some informations about prevention and treatment of tumors in Hainan province. The conclusion were as fllows:(1) death due to malignant tumors and other diseases was in the ratio of 1 to 2.7; ( 2 ) Among the dead patients with malignant tumors male to female was in the proportion as 2.7:1; (3) Liver cancer was the most common malignant tumor; (4) The peak mortality of malignancy occurred in the group aged 40 to 49. (5) A kinetic observation showed that the trend of mortality was decreasing year by year. The authors suggest that establishment of onc-ologic department should be deve -loped and attention must be paid improve the diagnostic and treating conditions of patients with malignant tumors.
