| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究 94例子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜手术治疗的效果。方法 :回顾分析 94例子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜手术治疗的临床资料。结果 :94例均成功实施了腹腔镜手术 ,手术时间 30～ 90min ,平均 4 8min ,术中出血 5～ 5 0ml ,平均 2 2ml,术后患者康复快。结论 :子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜手术患者损伤小 ,粘连分离充分 ,术后加用药物治疗复发率低

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the value and effect of diagnosis and treatment of the endometriosis by laparoscopy.Methods:The clinical data of 94 patients with endometriosis by laparoscopy were reviewed retrospectively.Results:All laparoscopic operations succeded. The operation time was 30 90 minutes. The bleeding in operation was 5 50 ml. Conclusions: Laparoscopic surgery of endometriosis is less invasive and have completely dissected adhesion as possible. Drug therapy was important after operation for lower recurrence rate. |
