| 摘 要： | 分析丙硫咪唑对200例脑囊虫病疗效结果,200例中男158例,女42例;有排妊娠节片史者132例;临床上可分为6型。丙硫咪唑按每日20mg/kg,15d为1个疗程,间隔15d,共服3个疗程。治疗结果,治愈104例(52％),显效51例(25％),好转37例(18％),无效8例(4％)。总有效率96％。丙硫咪唑为治疗脑囊虫病的一种理想药物。

| Abstract: | Analyzed the effect of albendazole for 200 cases with cerebral cysticercosis. There were 158 cases of male and 42 cases of female; 132 cases have eliminated the proglottids before; the daily dosage was 20mg/kg and every period of treatment needed 15d and 15d of interval, 3 period of treatment were needed, 104 cases were fully recovered (50％), 51 cases were marked (25％), 37 cases were improvement (18％), 8 cases were inefficient (4％), the total effective rate was 96％. Albendazole is a kind of ideal drugs for cerebral cysticercosis. |
