| 摘 要： | 目的探讨PLK1在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达，及其表达与子宫内膜癌临床病理因素和预后的关系。方法采用免疫组化S—P法检测PLK1在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达，并分析其表达与子宫内膜癌临床病理因素间的关系和对预后的影响。结果PLK1在子宫内膜癌组织中的阳性表达率为18．0％，主要呈胞浆染色。PLK1表达与子宫内膜癌的FIGO分期（P=0．04）和肿瘤细胞的分级（P=0．01）密切相关，与肿瘤复发转移（P=0．07）介于临界状态。PLK1阳性表达者的5年生存率明显低于阴性表达者（67．2％VS．82．4％，P=0．076），但二者差异介于临界状态。COX分析显示PLK1表达不是子宫内膜癌患者的独立预后指标（P=0．761）。结论PLK1在子宫内膜组织中呈高表达，可作为肿瘤细胞增殖和分化程度的标志物，且可能成为子宫内膜癌预后的潜在标志物，但需进一步严格分层研究。
