阿仑膦酸钠治疗糖尿病合并骨质疏松40例临床疗效分析

目的分析阿仑膦酸钠治疗糖尿病合并骨质疏松患者的临床疗效。方法对本院收治的40例糖尿病合并骨质疏松患者进行对症治疗,以阿仑膦酸钠治疗骨质疏松症状,6个月后,观察药物治疗患者骨质疏松的临床疗效。结果经对症治疗后,40例患者的疼痛症状明显改善(P<0.01),骨密度检测结果显示腰椎、股骨颈、股骨粗隆、化石三角区的骨密度值增加(P<0.05),且无严重不良反应。结论对于合并骨质疏松的糖尿病患者,积极采取对症治疗措施,能够明显改善骨质疏松症状,有效预防因骨质疏松导致的其他骨科疾病。

Clinical Efficacy and Analysis of Alendronate for 40 Cases of Diabetic Patients with Osteoporosis

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of alendronate for diabetes mellitus combined with osteoporosis.Methods 40 cases of diabetes mellitus combined with osteoporosis admitted to our hospital were given symptomatic treatment,alendronate for osteoporosis symptoms for 6 months,then the efficacy for osteoporosis was observed.Results After the symptomatic treatment,pain in 40 cases improved significantly(P<0.01),bone mineral density test results showed that the lumbar spine,femoral neck,intertrochanteric,fossil triangle BMD values increased(P<0.05),no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion In diabetic patients with osteoporosis,active measures of symptomatic treatment can significantly improve the symptoms of osteoporosis and prevent bone disease caused by osteoporosis effectively.
