| 摘 要： | 目的观察心理干预对急性心肌梗死患者的治疗效果影响。方法选择我院2008年1月～2011年12月心血管科收治的急性心肌梗死患者88例,随机分为对照组与干预组,对照组单纯常规治疗,干预组在常规治疗的基础上给予心理干预。结果干预组的治疗效果明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论通过心理干预,急性心肌梗死患者的情绪明显稳定,治疗信心与配合度明显提高,保证了治疗效果与患者的身心健康。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the psychological intervention impact on the myocardial infarction patients with clinical treatment.Methods 88 cases of acute myocardial infarction patients in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2011 were selected and randomly divided into intervention group and control group.The control group were treated with conventional therapy,the intervention group were given psychological intervention on the basis of the conventional therapy.Results The treatment effect of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Through psychological intervention,myocardial infarction,the patient’s mood is stable and the treatment of confidence and cooperation has improved significantly to ensure that the treatment with the patient’s physical and mental health. |
