枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞经微波与洗必泰协同作用后超微结构的变化

摘    要:电镜观察,经320W微波单独作用5分钟的芽胞,其外壳层次模糊,而经与1%洗必泰协同作用者,外壳皱缩,层次消失,核区出现透电子区。对繁殖体观察,结果与芽胞类似,程度较严重。

Abstract:The ultrastructure of the spores of Bacillus subtilis var niger after exposure to microwaveand to co mbined action of microwave and chlorhexidine was observed under transmissionelectronmicroscope and was compare with that of the undisinfected spores. The resultsshowed that exposure to 320 W microwave alone for 5 min. only caused blurring of the layerstructure of the outer coat of the bacterial spore,while the core of the spore remained intact.After exposure to the combined action of microwave and 1% chlorhexidine,the outer coat ofthe spore shrinked, the layer structure disappeared,the border of the core became irregularand there were electron transmission areas.Same treatment of vegetative form of Bacillussubtilis var. niger with 320 W micro wave and 1% chlo rhexidine also caused disorder of struc-ture of cell wall and appearance of electron transmission areas.
