维生素C治疗细菌性阴道病疗效观察

目的探讨维生素C治疗细菌性阴道病的疗效。方法将本院门诊就诊的细菌性阴道病患者150例随机分为3组,每组各50例,A组甲硝唑治疗,B组乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗,C组维生素C治疗,观察治疗1周的有效率,及停药后1周、1月的复发率。结果治疗1周后A、B、C3组的有效率分别是92.0%、94.0%、90.0%,组间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),3组停药后1周的复发率分别是18.0%、14.0%、20.0%,组间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),停药后1月的复发率分别是30.0%、32.0%、14.0%,维生素C组与其他两组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论维生素C治疗细菌性阴道病疗效好,复发率低,安全、有效。

Observation of therapeutic effect of vitamine C on bacterial vaginosis

Objective:In order to observe the efficacy and safety of vitamin C in the treatment of patient with bacterial vaginosis (BV).Methods:105 women with bacterial vaginosis were divided into 3 groups randomly, treated with vitamin C, metronidazole or lactobacillus respectively, to observe their effect 1 week after treatment, the relapse rate 1 week and 1 month after drug withdrawal.. Results:There were no significant differences in therapeutic effect (92.0%, 94.0% and 90.0%) (P>0.05) and in relapse rate 1 week after drug withdrawal (18.0%, 14.0% and 20.0%)(P>0.05) among three groups, but there was significant difference in relapse rate 1 month after drug withdrawal (30.0%, 32.0% and 14.0%) between VitC group and other two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion:Vitamin C with low relapse rate is an effective and safe drug in treating BV.
