| 摘 要： | 目的探讨重型颅脑损伤亚低温治疗和监测方法,并发症的预防和护理。方法通过对41例重型颅脑损伤患者实施亚低温治疗及监护,观察治疗过程中的并发症、死亡率。并与未使用亚低温治疗的3 8例重型颅脑损伤患者作一简要对照。结果亚低温治疗组死亡率明显低于未使用亚低温治疗组。结论亚低温治疗及监护能明显提高重型颅脑损伤病人的治疗效果,且设备简单,易于推广。

| Abstract: | Objective to study the application method, intensive monitoring method, nursing and treatment to complications of mild hypothermia therapy for severe cranioceretral truma patients. Method apply mild hypothermia therapy to to 41 severe vranioceretral truma patients, the complications and mortality were recorded. And the results were compared to the traditional therapy group (38 cases). Results the mortality in mild hypothermia therapy group was 31.7% while 46.6% in traditional therapy group.(P<0.05). Conclusion Mild hypothermia therapy can enhance the therapy effect on severe cranioceretral trauma patients. It is easy to practice and popularize due to a simply device. |
