| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨甘蔗叶不同提取物对体外培养的肿瘤细胞株的生长抑制作用。方法:采用系统溶剂法对甘蔗叶提取分离,得到石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇和95%乙醇4个提取部位。运用MTT法和集落形成法观察4个提取部位对人胃癌细胞株SGC7901、宫颈癌细胞株Hela、肝癌细胞株BEL7404的生长抑制情况。结果:4个提取部位对3种肿瘤细胞均有一定的抑制作用,其中乙酸乙酯部位的抑制作用最为明显,并在测定浓度范围内呈现良好的剂量依赖性。结论:首次确定了甘蔗叶的体外抗肿瘤作用,乙酸乙酯部位是其主要的活性部位。
