非小细胞肺癌中TFPI-2与Survivin表达关系的研究

目的 探讨非小细胞肺癌中组织因子途径抑制物-2(TFPI-2)的表达与Survivin的关系,从而评价其在肺癌细胞凋亡中的作用.方法 采用免疫组化法检测TFPI-2、Survivin蛋白在75例非小细胞肺癌和20例正常肺组织中的表达水平.结果 TFPI-2在非小细胞肺癌中的表达指数为55％,低于正常的肺组织85％.Survivin在非小细胞肺癌中的阳性表达水平为71％,在正常肺组织中大表达水平为5％.TFPI-2和Survivin在非小细胞肺癌中的阳性表达水平呈现负相关(r=9.62,P＜0.05).结论 TFPI-2在正常肺组织中的表达水平明显高于非小细胞肺癌组织,其可能通过调控Survivin蛋白的表达来抑制肿瘤细胞的浸润转移.

The relationship between TFPI-2 and survivin exepessing in non-small lung cancer

Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of Survivin and TFPI-2 of non-small cell lung cancer,which was to evaluate role on lung cancer cells about TFPI-2.Methods The expression of TFPI-2,Survivin was detected by immunohistochemistry in 75 patients with non-small cell lung cancer and 20 normal lung tissues.Results The expression index of TFPI-2 in non-small cell lung cancer was 55%,which was lower than normal lung tissue(85%).The positive expression of survivin was 71% in non-small cell lung cancer,which was 5% in normal lung tissue.TFPI-2 and survivin in non-small cell lung cancer expression level is negatively correlated(r=9.62,P<0.05).Conclusions TFPI-2 in normal lung tissue was significantly higher than non-small cell lung cancer,which may be by regulating the expression of survivin protein to inhibit tumor cell invasion and metastasis.
