艾迪注射液联合GP方案治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效观察

目的 观察艾迪注射液联合吉西他滨+顺铂方案(GP方案)治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效和不良反应.方法 49例非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为对照组(24例)和治疗组(25例).对照组采用GP方案治疗；治疗组在对照组基础上加用艾迪注射液.治疗结束后观察两组治疗总有效率及不良反应.结果 治疗组临床总有效率为56.0％,对照组临床总有效率为41.7％,差异有显著性(P＜0.05)；两组恶心呕吐、白细胞下降、血小板下降发生率比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论 艾迪注射液联合GP方案治疗非小细胞肺癌可提高疗效,改善生活质量,降低化疗的毒副反应.

Clinical observation of Aidi injection combined with GP chemotherapy on treatment of non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and adverse reaction of aidi injection combined with GP regimen in treatment of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods 49 cases of NSCLC were randomly divided into two groups: control group(24 cases) were treated with GP regimen,while treatment group(25 cases) were treated with combined therapy of Aidi injection with GP.The total effective rate and adverse reaction were observed after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 56.0% and 41.7% in control group,with significant group difference(P<0.05).The nausea,vomiting,lenkopenia and thrombocytopenia rates of Aidi plus GP were obviously decreased compared with control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of Aidi injection combined with GP regimen is better than GP regimen alone,and score of quality of life of Aidi injection combined with GP regimen is better than GP regimen alone,and the side effects are milder in the treatment group than those in the control group.
