228例老年肺结核临床特征分析

目的 了解老年肺结核的临床特征.方法 选择我所2010年收治的288例老年肺结核与同期288例中青年肺结核进行对比.结果 老年肺结核在临床症状、X线表现、痰菌、PPD和结核抗体检查、合并症、复治率和药物毒副作用等诸多方面与中青年肺结核有统计学差异.结论 老年肺结核的临床特征为；临床症状不典型,肺部病变广泛,涂阳率高,免疫功能低下,合并症多,复治率高,更易出现肝损伤.

The analysis of clinical characteristic of pulmonary tuberculosis in 288 elder patients

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristic of elder pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods 288 elder pulmonary tuberculosis cases treated in our hospital in 2010 were chosen,and 288 young and middle-aged pulmonary tuberculosis patients were also enrolled as the control group in the same term.Results Compared between the two groups,there were statistical significance in clinical symptoms,X-ray performance,sputum smear,PPD,TB antibodies check,complications,retreatment rate,adverse effect of treatment.Conclusions Atypical clinical symptoms,extensive lung disease,high smear positive rate,immunity humble,more complications,high retreatment rate,and liver damage are the clinical characteristic of elder pulmonary tuberculosis cases.
