210例肺结核患者营养状况调查分析

摘    要:目的 通过对肺结核患者营养状况的调查,为其治疗过程中提供合理的营养支持奠定理论基础.方法 选择我院收治住院的肺结核患者210例作为实验组,另选同期在我院进行正常体检的健康人群98例作为对照组.实验组患者在住院3~5d内进行相关营养指标检测,主要包括身体质量指数(BMI),外周血淋巴细胞计数(TLC)、血红蛋白(HB)、血清总蛋白(TP)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、血清前白蛋白(PA).对照组人群也进行上述相应指标检测.结果 与对照组相比,实验组患者和复治患者的BMI指数、TLC、HB、TP、ALB以及PA的含量均明显降低,P<0.05;初治患者仅BMI指数、TP、ALB以及PA的含量均明显降低,P<0.05;与初治患者相比,复治患者BMI指数、ALB以及PA含量均明显降低,P<0.05.结论 在治疗过程中,对复治肺结核患者采取更具有针对性的营养支持治疗措施,必将对患者的治疗起到积极的促进作用.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the nutritional status of patients with TB,and to provide a reasonable theoretical basis for nutritional support during the course of treatment.Methods From January 2009 to June 2009,210 cases of TB patients in our hospital as the experimental group,and 98 cases of healthy people who received normal physical examination in our hospital as control group.Experimental group in hospital within 3~5 d received detection related nutritional indices,including height,weight,TLC,HB,TP,ALB,PA,and BMI index.And the corresponding indicators for the control group were also detected.Results Compared with the control group,the BMI index,TLC,HB,TP,ALB and PA levels in experimental group and retreated patients were significantly lower,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).But in the untreated patients,only BMI,TP,ALB and PA levels were significantly lower,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),while the TLC and the content of HB compared with the control group,there were no significant differences(P>0.05).In addition,compared with the untreated patients,BMI index,ALB and PA for retreated patients were significantly lower,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions In the course of treatment for TB patients,takeing targeted nutritional support will play an active role in promoting the treatment of TB patients.
