| 摘 要： | 目的:探求中药保留灌肠理疗治疗慢性盆腔炎不孕的最佳配合方案。方法:将130例慢性盆腔炎不孕患者随机分成电针组和西药组各65例。电针组采用电针配合中药保留灌肠理疗法,对照组采用口服氧氟沙星和甲硝唑常规西药配合中药保留灌肠理疗治疗。两组均治疗3个月后观察疗效。结果:比较两组间痊愈率、总有效率、临床妊娠率,电针组均高于对照组,且经统计学处理差异有显著意义(P0.05),两组患者经治疗后症状积分有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:电针配合中药保留灌肠理疗治疗慢性盆腔炎不孕临床疗效显著,优于西药组。
