| 摘 要： | 目的:观察卧位斜扳法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效,对卧位斜扳法治疗本病的规范化进行探讨.方法:将本院腰椎间盘突出症患者80例,随机分为两组各40例,治疗组采用规范化的卧位斜扳法结合调筋、理筋手法治疗,对照组单纯运用调筋、理筋手法治疗.结果:治疗组总有效率为97.5%,对照组为47.5%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组在腰痛JOA评分及腰曲变化值改善情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:卧位斜扳法对腰椎间盘突出症疗效较好.

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the supine oblique pull method for lumbar disc herniation clinical standardization,and provide clinical reference.Methods: 80 cases of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group method combined with the use of supine oblique pull standardized and Loosen the muscle,tendon therapy,the use of simple Loosen the muscle,tendon therapy in the control group.Results: The total efficiency of 97.5% and lumbar curvature improvement in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The standard supine oblique pull method,treatment targeted,high safety factor,and effective. |
