前列灌洗液抑菌、促愈作用机理的实验研究

目的:验证前列灌洗液的抑菌、促愈作用,探讨其具体作用机制。方法:对前列灌洗液进行体外抑菌试验;SP法检测烫伤大鼠模型伤后第1、4、7、14天创面TGF-β1、TGF-β3表达,并观察第7、14天创面上皮细胞覆盖率。结果:观察组与对照组金葡菌抑菌圈直径比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),大肠埃希菌抑菌圈直径比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),链球菌抑菌圈直径比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);烫伤大鼠模型伤后第1、4天对照组和观察组TGF-β1和TGF-β3表达比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),伤后第7、14天两组TGF-β1和TGF-β3表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);伤后第7、14天两组创面上皮细胞覆盖率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:前列灌洗液对大肠埃希菌、链球菌和金葡菌均有明显的抑菌作用,能促进TGF-β3的表达,抑制TGF-β1的表达,从而加速创面愈合。

Experimental study on the antibacterial and healing effect of forefront of the lavage fluid

Objective: Verify the antibacterial and healing effect of The forefront of the lavage fluid.Methods: Antimicrobial test ofThe forefront of the lavage fluid in vitro,the wound surface expressions of TGF-β1 and TGF-β3 were examined by SP assay in scalded rats 1th,4th,7th,14th days after the injury,and the wound surface epithelium coverage was observed in 7th,14th days after the injury.Results: There were no differences in staphylococcus aureus bacteria inhibitory circle diameter between observation and control groups(P>0.05).There were different in escherichia coli inhibitory circle diameter and streptococcus mutans inhibitory circle size(P<0.05).There were no differences on expressions of TGF-β1 and TGF-β3 in scalded rats 1th,4th,days after the injury between observation and control groups(P>0.05),but were different on expressions of which in scalded rats 7th,14th days after the injury(P<0.05).There were different in the wound surface epithelium coverage in 7th,14th days after the injury(P<0.05).Conclusion: The forefront of the lavage fluid had the significant antimicrobial effect on escherichia coli,staphylococcus aureus and streptococcus bacteria.And it could promote the expression of TGF-β3,inhibit the expression of TGF-β1,thus accelerate wound healing.
