四君子汤合四逆散加味治疗肝郁脾虚型代谢综合征的临床观察

目的:观察四君子汤合四逆散加味治疗肝郁脾虚型代谢综合征的临床疗效.方法:将62例符合纳入标准的本病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组32例,采用常规西药治疗,治疗组30例,在对照组治疗基础上加用四君子汤合四逆散加味治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状体征改善情况.结果:临床总有效率治疗组为86.7%,对照组为59.4%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:四君子汤合四逆散加味对于治疗肝郁脾虚型代谢综合征有较好疗效.

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Metabolic Syndrome (identified as Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency Pattern) by Combination of Four Gentlemen Decoction and Sini Powder

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of combination of Four Gentlemen Decoction and Sini Powder on Metabolic Syndrome identified as liver depression and spleen deficiency pattern.Methods: The 62 patients,consistent with inc1usion criteria,were divided into two groups randomly.The control group(n=32) was treated conventionally;and the treatment group(n=30) was treated by combination of Four Gentlemen Decoction and Sini Powder and that of the control group.Observe the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs on both two groups.Results: The clinical total effective rate of treatment group is 86.7% and 59% in the control group,the difference is significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The combination of Four Gentlemen Decoction and Sini Powder shows better efficacy in Metabolic Syndrome Methods that is identified as liver depression and spleen deficiency pattern.
