降脂抗纤方治疗非酒精性脂肪肝34例临床观察

目的:观察降脂抗纤方治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效.方法:将64例脂肪肝患者随机分为两组,治疗组34例,采用降脂抗纤方治疗;对照组采用多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗.治疗3个月后,对治疗前后的症状与体征、肝功能、血脂和B超等指标进行评价.结果:治疗组总有效率为85.3%,对照组总有效率为66.7%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在临床主要症状体征改善、肝功能、血脂和B超等指标方面,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:降脂抗纤方具有较好的保肝降脂作用及一定的抗纤维化作用.

Clinical Observation on 34 Cases with Non-Alcohol Fatty Liver Disease by Lipid-lowering and Anti-hepatic Fibrosis Decoction

Objective: To observe the lipid-lowering effect of Lipid-lowering and Anti-hepatic Fibrosis Decoction in treating Non-Alcohol Fatty Liver Disease.Methods The 64 cases of Non-Alcohol Fatty Liver Disease patients were randomly divided into two groups,34 cases in the treatment group,were treated by Lipid-lowering and Anti-hepatic Fibrosis Decoction,and the patients in control group were treated by Polyene Phosphatidyl choline treatment.The symptoms and signs,liver function,serum lipids and B ultrasound indexes before and After 3 months’ treatment.Results: The total effectual rate was 85.3% and 66.7% respectively in the treatment group and the control group;there is significant difference(P<0.05).In the improvement of main clinical symptoms and signs,liver function,serum lipids and B ultrasound indexes and other indicators,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Lipid-lowering and Anti-hepatic Fibrosis Decoction shows certain effects in reducing blood lipid and anti-fibrosis.
