摘    要:目的:优选新风胶囊的最佳醇提取工艺。方法:以新风胶囊中醇溶性浸出物和黄芪甲苷的含量为考察指标,通过正交试验考察不同因素和水平对提取工艺的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺为A1B2C2D3,即醇浓度为65%,加醇量8倍,提取时间1.5 h,提取次数为3次。结论:该提取工艺合理、可行,可为工业化生产提供依据。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the extract technology of astragaloside Ⅳ from the Xinfeng capsules.Method: Total mount of dry ointment content index and the content of astragaloside Ⅳas standard substance,and the influence of different factors and levels on the extract technology were investigated by means of orthogonal experiment.Results: The optimum extraction technology was as follows: A1B2C2D3,8 times of 65% alcohol,refluxing 3 times and 2 hours each time.Conclusion: The extraction method is appropriate,simple and feasible,which provides theoretic basis for the production of this product.
