疏肝颗粒对大鼠四氯化碳慢性肝损伤的药理研究

目的:观察疏肝颗粒对大鼠四氯化碳慢性肝损伤的治疗作用。方法:选用体重140-180 gSD大鼠,随机分为空白组、模型组、疏肝颗粒低、中、高剂量组,大鼠皮下注射40%四氯化碳色拉油溶液,第1次按0.5 mL/l00 g,以后每次按0.3 mL/100g给予,每周2次,连续8周,造模后连续给药21 d后,腹主动脉取血,检测血清中AST、ALT、ALB、TP、甘油三酯、胆红素和碱性磷酸酶含量。结果:疏肝颗粒低、中、高剂量均能降低四氯化碳致大鼠慢性肝脏损伤模型血清AST、ALT含量(P<0.01),疏肝颗粒高剂量能升高血清ALB和TP含量,降低血清中甘油三酯、胆红素和碱性磷酸酶的含量(P<0.01)。结论:疏肝颗粒具有良好的保肝降酶作用。

The effect of Shugan particles chronic liver injury in rats with carbon tetrachloride

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of the of Shugan particles chronic liver injury in rats with carbon tetrachloride.Methods: Weight 140-180 g SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,liver particles,high-dose group,subcutaneous injection of 40% carbon tetrachloride salad oil solution in a 0.5 mL/l00 g,and each subsequent 0.3 mL/100 g given two times a week for 8 weeks,administration 21 days after modeling,abdominal aortic blood serum of AST,ALT,ALB,the TP,glycerol three esters,bilirubin and alkaline phosphatase.Results: Shugan particles,in high doses can reduce carbon tetrachloride induced chronic liver injury model of serum AST,ALT content(P<0.01),the Shugan particles high dose elevated serum levels of ALB and TP content,reduce serum triglycerides,bilirubin,and alkaline phosphatase(P<0.01) Conclusion: Liver particles has Significant effect.
