Bcl-2和P53蛋白在胃息肉及胃癌中的表达及意义

目的研究Bcl 2和P5 3蛋白在胃癌发生发展中的作用以及与胃息肉和胃癌的相互关系。方法应用免疫组化法分别检测正常胃粘膜、胃增生性息肉、胃腺瘤性息肉和胃癌中Bcl 2和P5 3蛋白的表达。结果Bcl 2蛋白在正常胃粘膜和胃增生性息肉的表达无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,在胃腺瘤性息肉和胃癌的表达与前两者比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 0 1) ,胃腺瘤性息肉和胃癌之间差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。P5 3蛋白在正常胃粘膜和胃增生性息肉中不表达 ,在胃腺瘤性息肉和胃癌的表达与前两者比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而胃腺瘤性息肉和胃癌之间无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论检测胃息肉和胃癌中Bcl 2和P5 3蛋白的表达 ,有助于推测胃息肉的生物学行为发展趋势 ,早期诊断胃癌并判断其预后。

Expressions and significance of Bcl-2 and P52 proteins in gastric polyp and carcinoma

Objective To investigate the roles Bcl-2 protein and P53 protein in pathogenesis of gastric polyp and gastric carcinoma(GC).Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect Bcl-2 protein and P53 protein in 174 specimens of stomach,including normal gastric mucosa,hyperplastic polyp,adenomatoid polyp and carcinoma.Results The expressions of Bcl-2 was not significantly different between normal gastric mucosa and gastric hyperplastric polyp(P>0.05),whereas there was a significant difference between gastric adenomatoid polyp and GC (P<0.001).P53 was not expressed in normal gastric mucosa and hyperplsatic polyp;stronger expression of P53 was found in adenomatoid polyp and gastric carcinoma with a significant difference frow normal gastric mucosa and gastric hyperplastric polyp(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference between adenomatoid polyp and GC(P>0.05).Conclusion Detection of Bcl-2 and P53 proteins was very helpful to determining the development and biological behavior of gastric polyp,early diagnosis and prognosis of GC.
